Use a hyphen with 2 or more eponymic names used as multiple-word modifiers or disease, operations, procedures, etc.
Osgood-Schlatter? disease (in this case, the disease is named after 2 different medical professionals - orthopaedic surgeon Robert Osgood and Swiss surgeon Carl Schlatter - and is therefore hyphenated)
v.
Chevalier Jackson forceps (in this case, the instrument is name after one person, Chevalier Jackson, and therefore is not hyphenated)
